اثر بخشی بازی درمانی گروهی با رویکرد گشتالتی بر پرخاشگری و مهارتهای اجتماعی کودکان آسیب دیده جنسی در گروه کودکان کار

مقدمه: پایتخت ها و شهرهای بزرگ بسیاری از کشورهای در حال توسعه محل زندگی و کار کودکان است. زندگی خیابانی با استرس ها و خطراتی همراه است. یکی از عمده ترین خطرات، سوءاستفاده جنسی است. رفتارهای ضد اجتماعی و پرخاشگری های جسمی به همراه ترس و خشم از آثار دائمی کودک آزاری است.روش:پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات اثری و نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمونپس آزمون با گروه آزمایش و کنترل است. جامعه آماری موردمطالعه دختران 11 تا 15 ساله آسیب دیده جنسی از گروه کودکان کار شهر تهران درسال 1397 می باشدو روش نمونه گیری هم نمونه گیری در دسترس با گمارش تصادفی است.از این طریق 30 نفرنمونه انتخاب ودر دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار اندازه گیری برای دو متغیر پرخاشگری و مهارتهای اجتماعی، پرسشنامه پرخاشگری نیلسون و پرسشنامه سنجش مهارتهای اجتماعی ماتسون می باشد. متغیر مستقل ده جلسه بازی درمانی گروهی گشتالتی است.یافته ها: نشان داد که بازی درمانی گروهی با رویکرد گشتالتی حداقل در یکی از متغیرهای وابسته تفاوت معناداری ایجاد کرده است(پرخاشگری 0/002= 23/64=f و مهارتهای اجتماعی 0/002= 20/695 = f و p<0.002).نتیجه گیری: این نتایج نشان داد که با توجه به مشکلات رفتاری و روانی کودکان آسیب دیده جنسی از گروه کودکان کار یکی از موثرترین مداخله های درمانی، بازی درمانی با رویکرد گشتالتی خواهد بود.

Effectiveness of Gestalt Group Play Therapy to Aggression and Social skills of Children Sexual Abused in the Child labor's Group

Introduction; capitals and cities of many developing countries are the place where children live and work. Street life is accompanied by stress and dangers. One of the biggest dangers is sexual abuse. Antisocial behavior and physical aggression with fear and resentment, are the perpetual effects of child sexual abuse.Method: the present research is a semiexperimental and experimental research with a pre ndash; test and post ndash; test design with the experimental and control group. The statistical population of this study is sexual abused girls of 1115 year old in Tehran`s child labor's group in 1397.and the sampling method, sampling available with random assignment. In this way 30 people were selected as samples and divided into two experimental and control groups. Measuring devices for variables aggression and social skills are questionnaire aggression Nielsen and questionnaire social Matson and independent variable is the ten sessions of gestalt group play therapy.Results: Finding showed that gestalt group play therapy with at least one of the dependent variables had a significant difference in the behavioral approach. (Aggression: P> 0/002 F=23/64) (Social skills: P>0/002 F= 20/695).Conclusion: the results showed that considering the behavioral and psychological problems of child sexual abuse in the child labor's group, one of the most effective therapeutic interventions would be gestalt group play therapy.
