شناسایی تنیدگی های روانشناختی مادران با کودک اتیسم : یک مطالعه ی کیفی

مقدمه : خانواده یک نظام اجتماعی ست که اختلال هر عضو، کل نظام را مختل می کند. وجود کودک استثنایی آسیب های جبران ناپذیری را بر خانواده وارد می کند و به دلیل نقش محوری مادر در خانه و تعامل مستمر وی با کودک بیشترین آسیب را متحمل می شود. از این رو پژوهش حاضر به منظور شناسایی تیندگی های روان شناختی در مادران با فرزند اتیسم انجام شده است .روش: روش تحقیق بر اساس ماهیت داده ها کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسی توصیفی ،بر اساس هدف از نوع کاربردی و بر اساس نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات ، توصیفی ، از نوع مصاحبه ی نیمه ساختارمند بود . مشارکت کنندگان این پژوهش را کلیه ی مادران دارای فرزند اتیسم شهر تهران تشکیل می داد که از بین آن ها 20 نفر به صورت هدفمند برای مصاحبه انتخاب شدند . به دلیل انتخاب روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی از روش تحلیل محتوا هفت مرحله ای collaizzi بود .یافته ها : نتایج بررسی ها نشان داد تنیدگی های مادران شرکت کننده را می توان در قالب سه طبقه ی اصلی احساسات منفی مادران، زندگی با فشارهای ملالت بار و کمبودیابی و عدم کفایت منابع حمایتی در مقایسه با استرس دسته بندی کرد.نتیجه گیری : باتوجه به نتایج به دست آمده و توجه روانشناسان و مشاوران خانواده به تنیدگی های مادران دارای فرزند اتیسم ،به نظر می رسد برگزاری کلاس های آموزشی می تواند تاثیر به سزایی در رشد مهارت و خودکارآمدی وکاهش استرس در آن هاداشته باشد .همچنین پذیرش اختلال نقش مهمی در سلامت روان مادر خواهدداشت و حضور وحمایت پدر کمک می کند تا مادر ارزش های خود رابشناسد و در نقش های دیگرش نیز فعال بماند.

Identifying the Psychological Stress of Mothers with the Child of Autism: A qualitative study

Introduction: The family is a social system that disrupts the disruption of the entire system of the whole system. The existence of an exceptional child involves irreparable injuries in the middle of the house and is the most damaging due to the central role of the mother at home and his continuous interaction with the child. the present study was conducted to identify psychological stresses in mothers with autistic childrenMethods: The method of research based on the nature of the data was of a qualitative type, based on the purpose of the application and based on the method of collecting descriptive information of a semistructured interview type. The participants of this study consisted of all mothers with childbirth in the city of Tehran, 20 of them were selected purposefully for the interview. The data analysis method was based on a sevenstep Collaizzi analysisResults: The results of the study showed that stresses of mother rsquo;s can be classified in terms of Negative emotions of mothers, living with Dreary stress lack of services and Insufficiency Of social supportive resources to deal with stress.Conclusions: According to the results , the attention of psychologists family counselors to the stress of mothers with autism ,seems to be conducting educational classes can have a significant impact on the development of skills and selfefficacy and the reduction of stress in them. Admission of disorder will also play an important role in mental health of the mothers, and the presence of the father rsquo;s helps them to recognize her values and her other roles.
