تاثیر اجرای یک برنامه مراقبتی بر بارمراقبتی مادران کودکان تحت عمل جراحی بیماری مادرزادی قلب

مقدمه :بیماری مادرزادی قلب دارای اثرات متعددی بر روی همه اعضای خانواده است ومراقبت از این کودکان می تواند بار زیادی بر والدین بالاخص مادرتحمیل کند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیر اجرای یک برنامه مراقبتی بر بار مراقبتی مادران این کودکان، طراحی واجرا شده است.روش: تحقیق حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی است.واحدهای موردپژوهش شامل 60 نفر از مادران کودکان تحت عمل جراحی بیماری مادرزادی قلب می باشند که با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. 30نفرواحد مورد پژوهش در گروه شاهد و 30 نفرواحد مورد پژوهش در گروه مداخله قرار گرفتند. مدت نمونه گیری سه ماه در زمستان 1395 ودر بیمارستان چمران وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام شد.در ابتدا بارمراقبتی مادران از طریق پرسشنامه بار مراقبتی zarit اندازه گیری شد.چهار هفته پس از مداخله بارمراقبتی مجداداً در هر دو گروه اندازه گیری شد. یافته ها: میانگین نمره بارمراقبتی در گروه شاهد وگروه مداخله قبل از مداخله به ترتیب 56/3 و 55/5بود(p>0/05). پس از مداخله، بارمراقبتی گروه شاهد وگروه مداخله به ترتیب 3/57 و 3/43 شد که نشان دهنده کاهش معنادار بارمراقبتی در گروه مداخله بود p<0/05).نتیجه گیری:اجرای برنامه مراقبتی می تواند به عنوان راهکاری موثر جهت کاهش بارمراقبتی مادران کودکان مادرزادی قلب تحت عمل جراحی قلب پیشنهاد شود.

The Effect of Care program on Care giving Burden of Mothers of Children undergoing Congenital Heart Disease Surgery

Introduction : Congenital heart disease is one of the most common congenital disorders in children. It has many adverse effects on all family members. In particular, caregiving of these children can be a great burden on the parents, especially mothers. This study aimed to determine the effect of a care program on the burden of caregiving mothers of these children.Method:This study is a quasiexperimental research, conducted for three months on 60 caregiving mothers (30 mothers in the control group and 30 in the experimental group) of children undergoing congenital heart disease surgery, selected via convenient sampling in Chamran hospital of Medical Sciences university in isfahan from Jan 2017 for three months. the beginning of the study, the burden of care was measured through ZARIT questionnaire. Four weeks after the intervention, the burden of care was measured again in both groups. Findings:Mean scores of caregivers rsquo; burden were 56.3 and 55.5 in the control and experimental groups before the intervention (P <0.05) and 57.3 and 43.5 after the intervention respectively. These findings indicated a significant reduction in the burden of care in the experimental group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Care programis recommended as an effective solution to reduce burden of care of mothers of children undergoing congenital heart disease surgery.
