اولویت‌بندی ابعاد و شاخص‌های موثر بر مدیریت نوآوری در صنعت تجهیزات نیروگاهی و تامین انرژی (مطالعه موردی: شرکت مهندسی و ساخت ژنراتور مپنا پارس)

نوآوری ذاتاَ دارای ریسک است و حتی شرکت‌های رشد یافته نیز نمی‌توانند ریسک‌های نامحدود انجام دهند. عوامل متعددی از قبیل نوع و شیوه رهبری سازمان، منابع مالی، توانمندی کارکنان و ... در اجرای فرایند نوآوری تاثیرگذار می‌باشند که پس از شناسایی عوامل و شاخص‌های موثر بر مدیریت نوآوری، تعیین اولویت و رتبه‌بندی آنها، مدیران را در برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت بهتر فرایند نوآوری یاری می‌کند و باعث کاهش ریسک‌های فعالیت‌های نوآورانه می‌گردد. از این رو در این پژوهش که به عنوان یک مطالعه موردی در شرکت مپنا پارس، صورت گرفته، تعداد 55 شاخص موثر بر مدیریت نوآوری، در 8 بعد شامل: عوامل مالی، مدیریتی، سازمانی، تحقیقاتی، انسانی، فرهنگی، خارجی و عوامل سیستمی دسته‌بندی گردید و سپس با توجه به میزان تاثیر آنها بر مدیریت نوآوری در شرکت مپنا پارس هر کدام از این شاخص‌ها و ابعاد اولویت‌بندی شده و اولویت هرکدام تعیین گردید. که با توجه به نتایج آن، عوامل انسانی، مدیریتی و فرهنگی نسبتاً در وضع مطلوب می‌باشند و سایر عوامل یعنی عوامل مالی، سازمانی، خارجی، سیستمی و تحقیقاتی در وضعیت نامطلوب قرار دارند. همچنین میان شاخص‌ها، شاخص‌های سبک رهبری سازمان، میزان حمایت سازمانی از کارکنان خلاق، حمایت مدیریت ارشد از فعالیت‌های نوآورانه دارای بالاترین اولویت و شاخص‌های وجود منابع علمی، تبدیل دانش ضمنی به دانش صریح، توسعه محصولات جدید، تعامل با تامین‌کنندگان، تعامل با مراکز دانشگاهی و تحولات فناوری، دارای کمترین اولویت می‌باشند.

Ranking Efective Dimension and Indexes on Innovation Management in Power House Equipment Industry and Providing Energy

Innovation is full of risk naturally and even developed company couldn’t do that non limitation risk. Innovation management has inter several elements such as kind and distributing organization management, financial resources, staff ability and …that is influenced in that performance that after recognizing elements and influenced index on innovation management, help to determine priority and ranking this elements of managers in programming and make to decrease cost and risk of innovation activities.so in this project as a sample of project in engineering company and constructing Pars Mapna generator is done and 55 influences index on innovation management in eight dimension: is characterized in financial elements , management, organization , researching , human , cultural, external and systematic elements and then is studied according to influences value on innovation management in Pars Mapna company with each of this index and the value of ranking and priority is determined . According to its results human, management and cultural elements is in a suitable position and other elements means financial, organization, external, systematic and searching is in a unsuitable position. Also among index, index of organization leadership method, the value of Also among indexes, index of organization management method, the value of organizing supporting from creative staffs, supporting from management from innovation have the highest priority and existing index such as scientific resources, transferring implied knowledge to clear knowledge, development of new product, cooperation with providing and university center and technical innovation have the lowest priority.
