بهبود فرایند انتقال تکنولوژی در فناوریهای صنعت 4.0 در بنگاه‌های کوچک و متوسط با رویکرد فراترکیب

با رشد روز افزون فناوری‌های صنعت 4.0 و تاثیر چشمگیر آن در رشد و توسعه اقتصادی، بسیاری از بنگاه‌های کوچک و متوسط پیشرو، جهت کسب این فناوری‌ها اقدام کرده اند. از آنجائیکه انتقال فناوری یکی از راه های دستیابی به فناوری‌های صنعت4.0 است و شناسایی مولفه های هر مرحله از فرآیند انتقال و به کارگیری راه‌کارهای مناسب در هر مرحله، بهره‌وری و موفقیت فرآیند انتقال را برای دریافت کنندگان تضمین می کند، لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مولفه های بهبود انتقال فناوری در صنعت 4.0 از سال1400 طی یک پروژه تحقیقاتی انجام گردیده است. در این راستا با بررسی ساختارمند ادبیات پژوهش با رویکرد فراترکیب و نیز بررسی 4 بعد، 26 مولفه و 123 زیرمولفه، راه‌کار های انتقال موفقیت آمیز فناوری‌های صنعت 4.0 ، در بنگاه‌های کوچک و متوسط تبیین گردیده است. نتایج به دست آمده در پژوهش نشان داد که استفاده از روش آینده‌پژوهی برای انتخاب فناوری‌های صنعت 4.0 که در مرحله رشد فزاینده دارند، برای موفقیت در مرحله اول فرآیند انتقال اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد، همچنین در مرحله‌ی انطباق فناوری نیز رفع موانع از جمله توجه به عوامل ساختاری، انسانی و فرهنگی توصیه گردیده و در ادامه‌ی فرآیند، ضرورت توجه به شبکه‌سازی، اکوسیستم نوآوری و توسعه واحد r&d از عوامل موفقیت انتقال فناوری صنعت 4.0 به شمار می رود. نتایج این مقاله می‌تواند دیدگاه تازه ای را برای نیل به موفقیت در انتقال فناوری‌های صنعت 4.0 در اختیار مدیران بنگاه‌های کوچک و متوسط قرار دهد.

improving the technology transfer process in industry 4.0 technologies in small and medium enterprises with a meta-synthesis method

with the increasing growth of industry 4.0 technologies, its significant impact on economic growth and development, many leading smes have taken action to acquire these technologies. whereas the technology transfer is one of the ways to achieve industry 4.0 technologies, identifying the components of each stage of the transfer process and applying appropriate solutions at each stage guarantees the efficiency and success of the transfer process. therefore, the current study was conducted since 1400 during a research project with the aim of identifying the components of technology transfer improvement in industry 4.0. in this regard, with a structured review of the research literature with a meta-synthesis method, as well as a review of 4 dimensions, 26 components and 123 sub-components, the solutions for the successful transfer of industry 4.0 technologies in smes have been explained. the results obtained in the research showed that the use of the futurology method to select industry 4.0 technologies, which are in the increasing growth stage, is particularly important for success in the first stage of the transfer process. as well as removing obstacles in the technology adaptation stage, including paying attention to structural, human and cultural factors are recommended. while the continuation of the process, the need to pay attention to networking, the innovation ecosystem and the development of the r&d unit is one of the success factors of industry 4.0 technology transfer. the results of this article can provide a new perspective to achieve success in the transfer to the managers of smes.
