بررسی و تبیین عوامل کلیدی اثربخشی فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان‌ با رویکرد ترکیبی فراتلفیق- آنتروپی شانون

امروزه پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات جدید، یکی از موارد چالشی در سازمان‌ها به‌ویژه سازمان‎‌های دولتی می‌باشد که کمتر مورد توجه است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل موثر بر پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان‌های دولتی در ایام همه‌گیری ویروس کرونا در جهت ارائه بهتر خدمات و محصولات بدون مراجعه حضوری به ارباب‌رجوع/ مشتریان می‌باشد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع استفاده از اطلاعات و مدارک موجود بوده و مبتنی بر رویکرد ترکیبی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، سازمان‌های دولتی مستقر در استان البرز می‌باشد که تعداد 10 مورد آن‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در این مقاله ضمن معرفی اجمالی مدل‌های ارائه شده برای پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات و طبقه‌بندی آن‌ها، عوامل موثر در پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات جدید در سازمان‌های دولتی مورد مطالعه جهت ارائه خدمات و محصولات بهتر با رویکرد ترکیبی فراتلفیق و آنتروپی شانون بررسی و شناسایی شده است. در این مقاله جهت تعیین این عوامل پس از شناسایی و معرفی انواع مدل‌های موجود؛ مفاهیم، ابعاد و شاخص‌های تحقیق با استفاده از روش فراتلفیق استخراج و با استفاده از روش آنتروپی شانون رتبه‌بندی شده‌اند که نتایج پژوهش حاکی از این است که همکاری و هماهنگی در رتبه اول، عوامل محیطی پذیرش فناوری در رتبه دوم، عوامل سازمانی در رتبه سوم، عوامل مدیریتی در رتبه چهارم و عوامل سرمایه انسانی در رتبه پنجم قرار می‌گیرند.

Investigating and Explaining the Key Factors of IT Effectiveness in the Organization with Shannon Extra-Combination-Entropy Approach

Today, the adoption of new information technology is one of the challenges in organizations, especially government organizations, which is less considered. The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the factors affecting the acceptance of information technology in government organizations in the days of the Corona virus epidemic in order to provide better services and products without facetoface referral to the client / customers. This research is in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection method is the use of existing information and documents and is based on a combined approach. The statistical population of the study is government organizations based in Alborz province, 10 of which have been studied. In this article, while briefly introducing the proposed models for information technology acceptance and their classification, the effective factors in accepting new information technology in the studied government organizations to provide better services and products with the combined approach of transnational and Shannon entropy have been studied and identified. In this paper to determine these factors after identifying and introducing the types of existing models; Concepts, dimensions and indicators of the research have been extracted using the metacombination method and ranked using the Shannon entropy method. The research results indicate that cooperation and coordination in the first place, environmental factors in technology acceptance in the second place, organizational factors in the third place. Managerial factors are in the fourth place and human capital factors are in the fifth place.
