طراحی الگوی قطب نوآوری فناوری با استفاده از رویکرد مدل‌سازی تفسیری ساختاری(ism)

قطب نوآوری یک اکوسیستم تحقیق و نوآوری منحصر به فرد است. این یک محیط جهانی است که اعضای علمی با کیفیت بالا، محققان، دانشجویان، نوآوران و کارآفرینان را جذب می‌کند. قطب‌های نوآوری به‌عنوان اجزای ضروری توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی مبتنی بر دانش در سال‌های اخیر در اکوسیستم نوآوری در حال گسترش می‌باشد و در طول مکانیسم‌های رشد کسب‌و‌کارهای فناورانه مورد توجه سیاست‌گذاران علم و فناوری در کشورها قرار گرفته است. برای رشد نوآوری‌های فناورانه در کشورهای در حال توسعه نیاز به شناخت و درک عمیق‌تری از فرایندهای ساختارهای توسعه نوآوری می‌باشد تا در اجرا و الگو‌برداری، اثربخشی مطلوب حاصل گردد لذا پژوهش حاضر بدنبال این هدف است که الگوی قطب نوآوری فناوری چگونه است. در این پژوهش از روش آمیخته کیفی و کمی استفاده شد. پژوهشگران پس از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه با خبرگان عوامل کلیدی در ایجاد قطب نوآوری را شناسایی که شامل شش بعد شبکه و تعاملات اجتماعی، زیرساخت و منابع، وجود شرکت‌های نوآورانه و دانش‌بنیان، عوامل نهادی و تیم و ساختار شد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش مدل‌سازی تفسیری ساختاری ism، عوامل موثر بر ایجاد قطب نوآوری فناورانه بطور سطح‌مند، اولویت‌بندی گردید و روابط میان عوامل نیز محاسبه گردید. عامل تیم مدیریتی و ساختار با بیشترین نفوذ بر دیگر عوامل و کمترین وابستگی به آنها بیشترین تاثیر را در روابط میان عوامل ایجاد قطب نوآوری داشته است.

Designing a Technology Innovation Hub Pattern Using Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) Approach

The Innovation Hub is a unique research and innovation ecosystem. It is a global environment that attracts high quality academic members, researchers, students, innovators and entrepreneurs. Innovation Hub as essential components of knowledgebased economic and social development in the innovation ecosystem have been expanding in recent years and have been considered by science and technology policymakers in countries during the growth mechanisms of technology businesses. For the growth of technological innovations in developing countries, it is necessary to have a deeper knowledge and understanding of the processes of innovation development structures in order to achieve the desired effectiveness in implementation and modeling, so the present study seeks to aim at how the Technology Innovation Hub modelis. In this study, a qualitative and quantitative mixed method was used. Researchers identified key factors in creating the innovation hub by library studies and interviews with experts. These factors included six dimensions of network and social interaction, infrastructure and resources, the existence of innovative and knowledgebased companies, institutional factors, team and structure. In this study, using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) method, the factors affecting the creation of the Technology Innovation Hub were superficially prioritized and the relationships between the factors were calculated. The results showed that the management team factor and the structure with high degree of permeability and low dependence have had the greatest impact on the relationships between the factors.
