Endotracheal intubation with left molar laryngoscopy in a patient with maxillary tumor and anticipated difficult airway [Entübasyon güçlügü beklenen maksilla tümörlü hastada sol molar laringoskopi ile endotrakeal entübasyon]

The left molar approach of laryngoscopy is a technique different from conventional midline approach and in which the blade is inserted from the left corner of the mouth. this approach is simple,easy and no extra devices needed. in unanticipated difficult intubation cases this approach can be tried,while difficult airway devices are prepared. in this case we aimed to discuss the success of left molar approach in a patient with maxillary tumour.
