Our airway management in a patient with rigid external distractor [Rifit eksternal distraktörü olan hastada havayolu yönetimimiz]

From the view of anesthesiologists osteotomy operations and rigit external distractor (red) implementations which are used in treatment of craniofacial anomaly for midface advancement are challenging for mask ventilation and airway management. in our report we aimed to share our experience of airway management in a patient who had undergone le fort i operation and red implementation in his second operation.
