Application of spinal and axillary block together on multitraumatized patient [Multitravmali bir olguda spinal ve aksiller bloʇun birlikte uygulanmasi]

In multitraumatized patients,because of its advantages like spontaneous breathing,being conscious,pain control systems on postoperative period and the chance of early mobilization,regional anesthesia techniques are favoured more than general anesthesia techniques. in multitraumatized patients with chronic diseases,especially in emergency conditions,application of peripheral block under the scope of ultrasound increase success ratio of peripheral blocks and reliability of regional anestesia. in this study,we aim to describe the regional anesthesia techniques applied on a patient with surgical procedure for upper and lower extremity with the contrubition of some literature.
