چکیده    Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (pres) is a rare cliniconeuroradiological entity characterized by typical mri findings caused by subcortical edema,with neurogical symptoms as headache,seizures,visual abnormalities and impaired consciousness. eclampsia,hypertension,immunosuppressive and cytotoxic medication,hiv infection,chronic renal failure,organ transplantation,analgesics,collagen vascular diseases,hemolytic uremic syndrome and sepsis are the common causes of pres. here we aimed to highlight pres on a thirty-two-year-old patient,who released speech disorder after cesarian section due to eclamptic seizure,diagnosed by mri findings.
