Tinnitus and hearing loss after combined spinoepidural anesthesia for caesarean section [Sezaryen operasyonu i̇çi̇n uygulanan kombi̇ne spi̇noepi̇dural anestezi̇ sonrasi ti̇nni̇tus ve i̇şi̇tme kaybi]

Although tinnitus and clinical findings of low-frequency hearing loss are not commonly seen following spinal anesthesia,the incidence is very high in the studies with audiometry. endolymphatic hydrops may be developed because of dural membrane drilling and decreasing of cerebrospinal fluid pressure,and this situation can cause tinnitus and bilateral hearing loss in low frequencies. in this case,we aimed to remind tinnitus,hearing loss following spinoepidural anesthesia,and their treatments in an elective cesarean section operation.
