چکیده
|
Epidural catheter breakage is one of the uncommon complication of regional anesthesia/analgesia applications. while resistance occurred at the time of the catheter removal,it can be suggested that the removing be continued in a gentle way. the localization of leaving the fragment may be determined via aiding imaging methods. in asymptomatic adult patients,leaving the fragment inside,may be an appropriate approach,otherwise surgical removal should be considered.
