چکیده
|
Bleeding is one of the major complication of cardiopulmonary bypass. so coagulation monitorization is an important issue. in the past labarotory tests which take long time for results were used to diagnose coagulopathy and the transfusions made empirical until the results. today instead of these tests more quick tests are used and so the treatment is problem intended.
