چکیده
|
Dwarfism has many different types,the most common form is achondroplasic dwarfism. these patients are shorter than 148 cm. 80% of cases are sporadic cases due to gene mutations. spinal and craniofacial abnormalities have seen due to impaired endochondral bone formation. women are more affected than men and the fertility rate is lower than normal subjects. in pre-operative preparation of dwarfism cases,necessary preparations should be taken into account for diffucult airway due to various anatomical abnormalities. in this case report,we aimed to present our anesthetic experience in caeserian section of a 29 years old dwarfic patient.
