چکیده
|
Pemphigus vulgaris is an autoimmune disease characterized with easily formation of new lesions with friction and pressure on skin and mucous membranes. because of the treatment is consisting of steroid and immunosuppressive therapies and complications due to invasive procedures,anesthesia management is important in pemphigus. spinal anesthesia especially benign on invasive than other regional techniques is the appropriate choice in proper surgeries. therefore we want to discuss anesthesia management in a patient with pemphigus vulgaris.
