چکیده
|
Systemic lupus erythematosus (sle) is an autoimmune disorder which affects mostly women in the reproductive age (1/1000). in the present case report we aimed to emphasize the key points related to the anesthetic management for the cesarean delivery of a parturient with 4th grade nephropathy due to sle.
