چکیده
|
Nowadays,the procedure to speed the neuromuscular recovery is enabled by the use of anticholinesterases which interact with the acetylcholin degradation and which speed the neuromuscular transmission. sugammadeks is a member of γ-cyclodextrin group which is newly found for the neuromuscular reversal,is a molecule which has 8 glucose rings. it binds to rocuronium in a ratio of 1:1 and it decreases its plasma concentration to zero. in this review,a detailed information about neuromuscular blockage and sugammadeks was given.
