Cardiac diseases are among the most important causes of morbidity and mortality during pregnancy. currently,early diagnosis and successful medical and surgical management of cardiac diseases lead to a significant increase in the number of pregnants with severe cardiac diseases. anesthesia management gained more importance in these pregnants due to the increasing frequency of elder mothers in obstetric patient population whom are prone to have obesity,diabetes mellitus (dm),and systemic diseases in addition to cardiac diseases. in this case report,we aimed to present anesthesia management of an advanced age pregnant patient with operated congenital heart disease,pulmonary hypertension (pet),severe valve disease,dm,morbid obesity,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (copd).
