چکیده
|
Bilateral brachial plexus blocks are rarely performed because of the risk of systemic local anesthetic toxicity. ultrasound guidance helps to visualize the cords of the brachial plexus so that the anesthetic may be deposited precisely,making it possible to peiform blocks with low doses of anesthetic agents. in this case report,we present a 48-year-old man who was scheduled for bilateral forearm surgery with ultrasound-guided bilateral infraclavicular block.
