Anesthesia management of a pregnant with factor VII deficiency [Faktör VII eksikliʇi olan gebede anestezi yönetimi]

Factor vii deficiency is a rare coagulation disorder which is inherited autosomal recessively. in normal pregnant women serum factor vii levels increases by the end of the pregnancy. but,factor levels may decrease to very low levels and may cause serious bleeding in patients having homozygote factor vii deficiency. careful preoperative preparation may decrease complications intraoperatively and in the postoperative period. in this case we present an anesthesia management during cesarean section of a pregnant woman with factor vii deficiency.
