جایگاه فیلوژنتیکی جنس nardo, 1827 aphanius بر اساس توالی‌یابی ژنوم کامل میتوکندریایی (ماهیان استخوانی؛ کپورماهیان دندان‌دار)

خانواده کپورماهیان دندان دار متعلق به راسته کپورماهی شکلان دندان دار (ماهیان استخوانی عالی) است و ماهیان کوچکی را شامل می‌شود که غالبا ارزش زیباشناسی، کنترل بیولوژیکی و ارزش اکولوژیکی و زیست‌پزشکی دارند. برای مدت زمان طولانی کپورماهی دندان دار aphanius در خانواده cyprinodontidae قرار داشت. اما بر اساس مطالعات مولکولی، این جنس اخیرا در خانواده‌ای مجزا به نام aphaniidae قرار گرفته است. به منظور ارزیابی اعتبار فیلوژنتیکی خانواده جدید aphaniidae بر اساس ژنوم کامل میتوکندریایی، تعداد هفت خانواده از راسته کپورماهی شکلان دندان‌دار انتخاب و روابط فیلوژنتیکی آن‌ها ترسیم و تجزیه و تحلیل شد. درخت فیلوژنی بر اساس داده‌های بانک ژنی و نیز ژنوم کامل میتوکندریایی گونه کپورماهی دندان دار فارسی (aphanius farsicus) به عنوان نماینده خانواده aphaniidae رسم شد. نتایج نشان داد که رابطه فیلوژنتیکی نزدیکی بین جنس aphanius (از خانواده aphaniidae) و جنس cyprinodon از خانواده (cyprinodontidae) وجود دارد، به طوری که خانواده aphaniidae با خانواده cyprinodontidae گروه پارافیلتیک را تشکیل می‌دهند. بنابراین و با توجه به نزدیکی این دو جنس با یکدیگر، قرار دادن جنس aphanius در خانواده ای مجزا به نامaphaniidae  نیاز به مطالعه بیشتری دارد که با افزودن توالی های بیشتر از اعضای جنس aphanius، قابل بررسی است.

Phylogenetic position of the genus Aphanius Nardo, 1827 based on the complete mitochondrial genome (Teleostei; Aphaniidae)

The cyprinodontid fishes belong to the order Cyprinodontiformes (Teleostei) and consisting of small fishes, which has aesthetic value, and also are important in biological control and also in ecological and biomedicine researches. The genus Aphanius has already been in the family Cyprinodontidae but it has recently been placed in the family Aphaniidae. To evaluate the phylogenetic validity of the new family Aphaniidae in this study, seven families of the order Cyprinodontiformes were selected and their phylogenetic relationships were analyzed. The phylogenetic tree was estimated based on a data set, including the complete mitochondrial genome genes from the database as well as the complete mitochondrial genome of Aphanius farsicus as representative of the family Aphaniidae. The phylogenetic analysis indicates a close relationship between the genera Aphanius (Aphaniidae) and Cyprinodon (Cyprinodontidae) so that the group containing these two families was paraphyletic. Therefore, by considering the phylogenetic position of the genus Aphanius in the tree, the validation of the family Aphaniidae still needs more phylogenetic supports and it should be investigated by accumulating more sequences from the Aphanius species.
