بررسی اقتصادی کاربرد نهاده ها در تولید پنبه شهرستان گرگان

هدف از مطالعه حاضر تخمین تابع تولید پنبه، بررسی عوامل اقتصادی موثر بر عملکرد محصول، سودآوری تولید پنبه و محاسبه کشش تولید در شهرستان گرگان بوده که در سال 1393 اجرا شد.برای رسیدن به اهداف فوق با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای، تعداد 50 پنبه کار در منطقه انتخاب و اطلاعات لازم از طریق مصاحبه و تکمیل پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد.پس از بررسی های لازم و آزمون های مختلف، به منظور تعیین تابع تولید،از تابع تولید کاب‎داگلاس استفاده شده است که در آن تاثیر عوامل کار، سرمایه، بکارگیری سموم و کودهای شیمیایی و موارد دیگر به روش olsو با استفاده از نرم افزار eviewsمحاسبه و بیان شده است. پس از تخمین تابع تولید و تعیین کشش نهاده‎ها، میزان منطقی بودن پنبه کاران در مصرف نهاده ها مشخص شد.نتایج نشان داد که میزان کشش تولید نهاده‎های زمین، کودهای شیمیایی، بذر و سموم مثبت، ولی در مورد نهاده نیروی کار میزان آن منفی می باشد؛ به بیان دیگر پنبه کاران نهاده های زمین، کودهای شیمیایی، بذر و سموم را در ناحیه اقتصادی تولید مصرف می کنند، اما نهاده‎ی نیروی کار در ناحیه سوم تولید و بیش از میزان بهینه استفاده می شود. همچنین مجموع کشش های نهاده های تولیدی بدست آمده برابر 1 می باشد که نشانگر بازده ثابت نسبت به مقیاس در تولید پنبه در شهرستان گرگان می باشد.

Economical survey of inputs application in Gorgan׳s cotton production

The aim of this study was determination of cotton production function, investigation of economical and social parameters on cotton yield, profitability of cotton production and calculation of production elasticity in Gorgan during 2014 year. It had been got necessary information by interviewing and completing questionnaire and it had been selected 50 cotton farmers in that region for reaching to above target by using randomized sling .The most suitable model after many considerations and various tests in order to determinate cotton production function was cobb–douglas production function, in which study the effect of labor factors, capital, use the pesticides and chemical fertilizer and other factors is being stated and computed by OLS method and Eviews software. The rational rate of inputs consumption was determined after calculation of production function and inputs elasticity. The result showed that the production elasticity values for land, fertilizers, seeds and pesticide was positive while its value for labor inputs were negative. In other words, the farmer׳s used inputs such as land, chemical fertilizer, seed and pesticide in production economic zone, but labor inputs has been produced in third region and more than optimal level. Furthermore, the sum of elasticity value of inputs was equal 1 which indicated positive efficiency than to scale in cotton production of Gorgan.
