مروری نظام‌مند بر ادبیات تصمیم‌گیری جمعی

تصمیم‌گیری جمعی فرآیندی است که گروهی از افراد برای دستیابی به بهبود وضعیت خود از طریق تحقق بخشیدن به هدفشان، در مورد یک مسئله خاص تصمیم واحدی می‌گیرند. تصمیم‌گیری جمعی به عنوان یکی از روش های مهم دستیابی به تصمیم بهینه شناخته می‌شود. هدف از این مقاله، ارائه یک تصویر جامع از ابعاد تصمیم‌گیری جمعی و پاسخ به مجموعه ای از سوالات مرتبط در این زمینه با انجام یک مرور ادبیات نظام‌مند می‌باشد. در این خصوص در قسمت اول، تصمیم‌گیری جمعی معرفی خواهد شد و مراحل پروتکل مرور ادبیات نظام‌مند در 5 مرحله بررسی می‌شود. در قسمت بعد، مهمترین کلمات کلیدی و مهمترین مناطق تحقیق شناسایی می‌شوند و نقشه هم رخدادی واژگان در حوزه تصمیم‌گیری جمعی ترسیم می گردد. در ادامه، سئوالات تحقیق پاسخ داده خواهند شد. در پاسخ به این سئوالات، ضرورت استفاده و نمونه هایی از بکارگیری تصمیم‌گیری جمعی بیان می‌شود. سپس، عوامل موثر در تصمیم‌گیری جمعی بررسی شده و چگونگی رسیدن به یک تصمیم جمعی تبیین می‌شود. در آخر، مزایا و معایب تصمیم‌گیری جمعی مطرح می‌شود و روش ها و ابزارهای آن بیان می‌شود. همچنین، مدل‌هایی از تصمیم‌گیری جمعی به عنوان نمونه آورده شده و تحلیلی از نتایج بدست آمده ارائه می‌شود.

A Systematic Literature Review of the Collective DecisionMaking

Collective decisionmaking is the process by which a group of people makes a single decision on a particular issue to achieve improvement by realizing their goal. Collective decisionmaking is known as one of the most important ways to achieve optimal decisionmaking. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the dimensions of collective decisionmaking and to answer a set of related questions in this field via a systematic literature review (SLR). In this regard, in the first part, the collective decisionmaking will be introduced and the SLR protocol will be examined in 5 steps. In the next section, the most important keywords and areas of research are identified and a coword analysis map in the field of collective decisionmaking is drawn for the period between 1990 and March 2021 on the Web of Science. In the following, research questions will be answered. In response to these questions, the need for use and examples of the use of collective decisionmaking is stated. Then, effective factors in collective decisionmaking are examined and the way to reach a collective decision is explained. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of collective decisionmaking are discussed and its methods and tools are described. Also, models of collective decisionmaking are given as a sample and an analysis of the results is provided.
