رتبه بندی شرکت‌های برون‌سپار دفع پسماندهای بیمارستانی با روش ترکیبی جدید تصمیم گیری چند معیاره فازی و خاکستری

تضمین دفع صحیح پسماندهای بیمارستانی به چالش بزرگی برای مدیریت پسماند بیمارستان‌ها تبدیل شده است که برون‌سپاری شدن فرآیند دفع پسماند می‌تواند گزینه‌ی مناسب باشد. هدف این تحقیق انتخاب شرکت برای برون‌سپاری دفع پسماندها در بیمارستان ها برای کمک به تصمیم‌گیری صحیح مدیران می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و روش انجام توصیفیاکتشافی است. جامعه تحقیق خبرگان وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی به تعداد 10 نفر است. با مروری بر ادبیات نظری تحقیق مهم‌ترین معیارها شناسایی و با نظر خبرگان و روش دلفی فازی غربالگری شدند. سپس از روش ترکیبی جدید فرآیند تحلیل شبکه‌ای بر اساس دیمتل فازی برای تعیین روابط و اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری و وزن‌دهی معیارها و از روش تحلیل رابطه خاکستری اصلاح‌شده برای رتبه‌بندی شرکت‌های دفع پسماند های بیمارستانی استفاده شده است. نتایج تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده از طریق پرسش‌نامه و حل به روش دیمتل نشان داد که معیار «مالی» تاثیرگذارترین و «قابلیت خدمات» تاثیرپذیرترین معیار کلیدی موفقیت در فرآیند برون‌سپاری است. زیرمعیار «پاسخگویی در خدمات» بیشترین وزن و اولویت اول را دارد.

Ranking of hospital waste disposal outsourcing companies with the new fuzzy multiple criteria decisionmaking hybrid method and grey.

Ensuring the disposal of hospital waste is a major challenge for hospital waste management. the outsourcing process waste disposal can be a good alternative. The aim of this study is to select a company to outsourcing waste disposal to the hospital To help right decision making for managers. The research in terms of purpose is applied and the way of doing is descriptiveexploratory. The research community of Ministry of Health and Medical Education experts is about 10 people. By reviewing the theoretical literature, the most important criteria were identifing an screened by experts and Fuzzy Delphi method. Then The combined method of analytical network process based on fuzzy DEMATEL was used to determine the relationships and weights of the criteria, and the modified Grey Relational Analysis method was used to rank the companies. The results of analyzing the data collected through questionnaire and DEMATEL method showed that "financial" criteria is influencing and "serviceability" influenced for success in the outsourcing process. The "service accountability" subcriterion has the highest weight and the first priority.
