واکاوی ریسک ها و موانع موفقیت پیاده سازی سیستم erp با استفاده از رویکرد سیستم های ابتکاری انتقادی (csh)

امروزه سیستم‌‌ برنامه‌ریزی منابع سازمان (erp)، به ابزاری مهم برای بهبود مزایای رقابتی سازمان‌‌ها تبدیل شده است، که در صورت موفقیت پیاده‌سازی این سیستم، شرکت‌‌ها می‌توانند به سرعت برتری رقابتی را در بازار جهانی کسب کنند. یکی از عوامل موفقیت در پیاده‌سازی این سیستم‌‌ها شناسایی صحیح ریسک‌‌ها و پاسخگویی مناسب به آنها در طول چرخه حیات است. این تحقیق با نگاهی نوآورانه به بررسی احتمال‌ها و موانع موفقیت پیاده‌سازی این سیستم (erp) با استفاده از رویکرد سیستم‌های ابتکاری انتقادی (csh) است؛ که هدف‌ آن بنیادی و کاربردی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را خبرگان زمینه erp تشکیل می‌‌دهند؛ که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌‌گیری هدفمند مصاحبه‌‌هایی با دوازده نفر از این خبرگان انجام شد. یافته‌‌های این تحقیق نشان دهنده آن است که، ریسک‌‌های پیاده‌‌سازی سیستم erp به سه دسته تقسیم می‌شوند که عبارت‌اند از: احتمال‌های قبل از شروع پیاده‌‌سازی، احتمال‌های زمان اجرا و احتمال‌های بعد از اجرا می‌باشد. همچنین نتیجه این پژوهش پیشنهادهایی برخاسته از اکتشاف و درک داوری‌های مرزی سودبران (داوری‌های اولیه درباره سیستم و نگاه کلی به آن برای شناسایی و در نهایت کنترل احتمال‌های پیاده‌سازی سیستم erp را فراهم کرده است.

Examining the Risks and Obstacles to the Success of ERP implementation using the Critical System Heuristics (CSH) Approach

Today, the ERP system has become an essential and important tool for improving the competitive advantage of organizations and if this system implements successfully, companies can attain a competitive advantage in the global marketplace quickly. One of the success factors in the implementation of ERP systems is the proper identification of risks and appropriate responses to them throughout the lifecycle. Therefore, this research with an innovative point of view seeks to examine the risks and obstacles to the success of ERP implementation using the Critical System Heuristics (CSH) approach. The present research is both fundamental and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this study is ERP elites, interviews with 12 of these elites were conducted using purposeful sampling method. The findings of this research indicate that the risks of implementing the ERP system are divided into three categories of risk before implementation, implementation time risks and postimplementation risks. In addition, the results of the study provide suggestions from the discovery and understanding of the boundary judgment of the stakeholders (initial judgments about the system and a general overview of it) in order to identify and ultimately control the risks of the implementation of the ERP system.
