توسعه میان افزا رویکردی فرهنگ محور به آثار تاریخی موجود در بافت‌های تجمیعی جدید شهری ( مطالعه موردی بافت پیرامونی حرم مطهر امام رضا (ع) )

شهر درواقع مانند موجود زنده ای است که ادامه زندگی آن با توجه به حفظ آثار و ارزش های موجود در آن امکان پذیر می باشد. بافت های تاریخی به‌عنوان بخش مهمی از شهر، نشانه موجودیت شهر هستند و امروزه عدم توجه مطلوب به آن ها باعث ایجاد مسائل و مشکلات مختلفی شده است، از سوی دیگر این بافت‌ها می‌توانند دارای کارکرد فرهنگی و آموزشی نیز باشند. نگاه صرفاً مادی گرایانه به این گونه آثار تاریخی به‌خصوص در شهر مقدس مشهد، باعث از بین رفتن مفهوم این کلان‌شهر نزد ساکنین و زائرین شده است. توجه به بافت های تاریخی به‌عنوان ارزش و ساختار اصلی شهرهای تاریخی، مساله مهمی است که گاهی در برنامه ریزی طرح های جامع و توسعه های شهری جدید به فراموشی سپرده می شود. هدف اصلی از انجام این تحقیق شناسایی و تاکید بر حفظ آثار تاریخی با استفاده از روش‌های طراحی مدرن به‌منظور کارا کردن این عناصر و معرفی کارکرد آموزشی آن بوده است. جامعه هدف در این تحقیق آثار تاریخی واقع در قطاع 4 طرح ثامن، اطراف حرم مطهر امام رضا است. روش تحقیق در این مقاله توصیفی- تحلیلی بود. بدین منظور، مطالعات در مورد شیوه ها ی مختلف حفظ و نگهداری، به‌صورت اسنادی گردآوری‌شده‌اند و مطالعات میدانی برای امکان بازآفرینی فضای جدید معماری با استفاده از آثار موجود انجام گرفته است. درنهایت طرحی میان افزا به‌منظور حفظ آثار با ارزش تاریخی در محدوده معرفی‌شده، ارائه شده است.

reconstructing the role of historical monuments located in the new urban plaque aggregated in peripheral tissues holy shrine of imam reza(as), an opportunistic view with a cultural approach to historical monuments

a city is like a living creature that is possible to continue its life according to the preservation of existing works and values. historical textures are an important part of cities as they are the essence of their beings and today’s lack of favorable attention to these parts has caused various problems. the materialist view of such historical works, especially in the holy city of mashhad has destroyed the conceptual meaning of this metropolis to its residents and pilgrims. attention to historical textures as sources of value and the main structure of historical cities is an important issue that is sometimes forgotten in the planning of comprehensive and new urban development. the main purpose of this research is to identify and preserve historical monuments using modern design methods in order to keep these elements efficient and educational. the target population in this research is the historical monuments located in the 4th section of the samen project, around the holy shrine of imam reza. the research method in this paper is descriptive-analytic. for this purpose, studies about the different methods of preservation and maintenance have been collected in the form of documents. field studies have been done to recreate the new architectural space using existing works. eventually, infill design has been proposed to preserve historical valuable works in the mentioned area.
