تحلیل زیست‌بوم کارآفرینی سبز در استان گلستان

این تحقیق با هدف تدوین چارچوبی برای تبیین مفهومی و ارزیابی میدانی زیست بوم کارآفرینی سبز در استان گلستان مبتنی بر پیوند زیست‌بوم‌گرایی و کارآفرینی‌گرایی انجام شد. این تحقیق با بهره‌گیری از روش‌شناسی آمیخته در چند مرحله انجام شد. مرحله اول این تحقیق، به روش مطالعه دلفی کلاسیک در سه دور به انجام رسید. اطلاعات موردنیاز از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختارمند (در دورهای اول) و پرسشنامه در دور نهایی با نمونه‌ای برگزیده از فعالان مطلع زیست‌بوم کسب‌وکار و کارآفرینی استان گلستان به انجام رسید. در نتیجه این مرحله، هفت مولفه شامل 50 نشانگر به شرح زیر شناسایی شد: 1. برانگیزش و حمایت نهادی از توسعه کارآفرینی سبز (10 نشانگر)، 2. پژوهش و فناوری در حوزه کارآفرینی سبز (3 نشانگر)، 3. توسعه بازار کالا و خدمات سبز (5 نشانگر)، 4. فرهنگ‌سازی و ترویج کارآفرینی سبز (9 نشانگر)، 5. آموزش و توانمندسازی سبز نیروی انسانی (8 نشانگر)، 6. برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی توسعه کارآفرینی سبز (5 نشانگر) و 7. مدیریت و حکمروایی برای توسعه کارآفرینی سبز در استان گلستان (10 نشانگر). در مرحله دوم با رویکرد آینده‌نگاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار میک‌مک و نیز، سناریونگاری با کمک نرم‌افزار سناریوویزارد، درمجموع چهار سناریوی باورکردنی استخراج و معرفی شد: یک سناریوی بسیار مطلوب (گلستان سبز)، یک سناریوی بینابین مبتنی بر ادامه وضع موجود (گلستان خاکستری)، یک سناریوی بسیار بحرانی (گلستان زرد) و یک سناریوی بحران کامل (گلستان قرمز). سناریوهای احتمالی اگرچه امیدهای فراوانی به وقوع شرایط مطلوب در استان را نشان می دهند ولی از طرف دیگر وقوع شرایط بحرانی را دور از انتظار نمی دانند.

An Investigation of Green Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Golestan Province

The purpose of this research was to develop a framework for conceptual explanation and field assessing the ecosystem of green entrepreneurship in Golestan province based on the nexus of entrepreneurialism and environmentalism. This research was carried out using mixedmethod approach in two phases. The first phase of this research was done using classic Delphi technique. The data and information were gathered through a semistructured interview (early rounds) and questionnaire (last round) with a sample of informant stakeholders of the green enterprise and entrepreneurship ecosystem in the Golestan province. As a result of this phase, seven dimensions which composition of 50 indicators, as: 1. Motivation and institutional support for the development of green entrepreneurship (10 indicators), 2. Research and technology in the field of green entrepreneurship (3 indicators), 3. Development of the market of green goods and services (5 indicators), 4. Cultural promotion and extension of green entrepreneurship (9 indicators), 5. Training and empowerment of green manpower (8 indicators), 6. Strategic planning of green entrepreneurship development (5 indicators), and 7. Management and governance development of green entrepreneurship (10 indicators). In the second phase, a foresight approach using MICMAC software and scenarios development approach using Scenario Wizard Software led to extract 4 incredible scenarios, as very desirable scenario (Green Golestan), a midway Scenario based on the status quo (Gray Golestan), a very critical scenario (Yellow Golestan) and a Complete Crisis scenario (Red Golestan). Desirable scenarios, although they show high hopes for the occurrence of favorable conditions in the province, but on the other hand do not consider the occurrence of critical conditions as unexpected.
