طراحی مدل توسعه کارآفرینی سبز در بخش کشاورزی (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان کرمانشاه)

امروزه کارآفرینی سبز به‌عنوان راهبردی اثربخش برای توسعه اقتصادی اجتماعی کشورها شناخته‌شده است و توسعه آن می تواند نقش مهمی در اشتغال زایی پایدار، کاهش مشکلات محیط‌زیستی، کاهش بیماری ها و باروری بیشتر زمین های کشاورزی داشته باشد. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل توسعه کارآفرینی سبز در بخش کشاورزی شهرستان کرمانشاه بود. این پژوهش برحسب هدف کاربردی و رویکرد کلی آن کیفی بوده و با استفاده از روش نظریه داده بنیاد انجام‌گرفته است. در این پژوهش، با استفاده از روش های نمونه گیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی، با 14 نفر از متخصصان حوزه کشاورزی و کارآفرینی سبز مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختارمند به عمل آمد. داده های حاصل از مصاحبه ها از طریق کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. الگوی پارادایمی توسعه کارآفرینی سبز از شرایط علی (ظرفیت علمی پژوهشی دانشگاه ها، موقعیت راهبردی شهرستان کرمانشاه، وجود عوامل محیطی و طبیعی، وجود نیروی انسانی، وجود تجهیزات کشاورزی و روش های جایگزین، وجود کارشناسان خبره)، عوامل زمینه (وجود زمینه های صادرات، جهانی‌شدن)، متغیرهای مداخله گر (گسترش مسائل حمایتی ازنظر فنی و اقتصادی، برنامه ریزی ها و سیاست‌گذاری‌ها در جهت توسعه کارآفرینی سبز، توقف حمایت از تولیدکنندگان سموم شیمیایی)، راهبردها (ترویج و فرهنگ سازی، آموزش کشاورزان، ایجاد توانایی در تمایز محصولات، ایجاد قوانین و مقررات تعریف‌شده، برنامه ریزی در زمینه تایید و فروش محصولات سبز، ایجاد تشکل ها، یکپارچه کردن زمین های کشاورزی) و پیامدها (ایجاد اشتغال، تضمین سلامتی انسان و محیط زیست، توسعه پایدار روستایی، نوآوری و ارزش‌آفرینی و بسترسازی برای پرورش نسل سالم کودکان و نوجوانان) برای شهرستان کرمانشاه تشکیل‌شده است.

Developing a Green Entrepreneurship Model in Agricultural Sector (Case Study: Kermanshah County)

Paradigm pattern of green entrepreneurship development from the causal conditions (scientific capacity of universities, strategic position of Kermanshah city, existence of environmental and natural factors, human resources, availability of agricultural equipment and alternative methods, presence of expert experts), factors of existence Export fields, globalization), interventional variables (development of technical and economic support issues, planning and policy development for the development of green entrepreneurship, stopping protection from chemical pesticide producers), strategies (promotion) And culture, training farmers, creating the ability to differentiate products, creating rules and regulations, and Letterwriting on the approval and sale of green products, the formation of associations, the integration of agricultural land) and the consequences (employment creation, human and environmental health, sustainable rural development, innovation and value creation, and fostering a generation Healthy children and adolescents) for the city of Kermanshah.
