بررسی عوامل موثر بر بهبود فرهنگ بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست در اماکن ورزشی

تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر بهبود فرهنگ بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست در اماکن ورزشی طراحی و اجرا گردید. تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی تحلیلی می­باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل مدیران اماکن ورزشی آگاه به حوزه بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست، بودند که تجربه کافی در عرصه ورزش و اماکن ورزشی دارا می‌باشند. بر اساس شیوه انتخاب نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی تعداد 18 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه تحقیق مشخص گردیدند.  به‌منظور طراحی چارچوب مفهومی تحقیق از نظریه سه‌شاخگی کمک گرفته شد. پرسشنامه تحقیق حاضر، شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. این پرسشنامه بر اساس روش topsis طراحی گردیده بود. به‌منظور اولویت‌بندی این عوامل از روش تاپسیس استفاده گردید. کلیه روند تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های تحقیق با استفاده از نرم‌افزار bt topsis solver انجام گردید. توجه به نتایج مشخص گردید که ایجاد نظارت بر رفتارها و عملکرد کارکنان و مدیران اماکن ورزشی در حوزه hse با ضریب 9745/0 مهم‌ترین عامل مشخص گردید. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که متناسب‌سازی شرح شغل‌های کارکنان و مدیران اماکن ورزشی با اهداف hse با ضریب نزدیکی 8649/0 و توجه به نگرش و مهارت‌های مربوط به hse کارکنان و مدیران در زمان استخدام و به‌کارگماری با ضریب نزدیکی 8388/0 دیگر عوامل مهم بر بهبود فرهنگ hse در اماکن ورزشی بودند. این نتایج می‌تواند در بهبود فرهنگ بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست در اماکن ورزشی موثر باشد.

Investigating the Factors Affecting the Improvement of the Health, Safety and Environmental Culture in Sports Facilities

The purpose of this study was to determine the effective factors on improving the health, safety and environmental culture in sports facilities. The present study is a descriptive analytical study. The statistical population of the study includes managers who have a good knowledge of the field of health, safety and environment, who have a lot of experience and experience in the field of sports and sports facilities. Based on the bullet selection, 18 individuals were identified as the sample of the study. In the present study, in order to design the conceptual framework of the research, threebranch theory was used. The research questionnaire included a researchermade questionnaire. The questionnaire was designed on TOPSIS method. Topsis method was used to prioritize these factors. All data analysis process was performed using BT TopSis SoLver software. the result showed monitoring of the behaviors and performance of staff and managers of sporting facilities in the HSE area was identified as the most important factor with the coefficient of 0.7945. Also, the results showed that fitting the description of occupations of employees and managers of sporting places with HSE goals with a coefficient of 0.8650 and considering the attitude and skills of HSE employees and managers at recruitment and employment with a coefficient of near 8388 other factors It was important to improve the HSE culture in sports venues.
