نقش سرمایۀ روانشناختی بر توانایی حل مسئلۀ اجتماعی با میانجی‌گری ترجیحات فکری

هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی نقش سرمایۀ روانشناختی و توانایی حل مسئلۀ اجتماعی با توجه به میانجی‌گری ترجیحات فکری بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و حجم نمونه با توجه به تعداد افراد جامعه و براساس فرمول کوکران 384 نفر به دست آمد. آزمودنی‌ها به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای و درون هر خوشه به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‌های حل مسئلۀ اجتماعی، سرمایۀ روانشناختی و ترجیحات فکری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان دادند سرمایۀ روانشناختی، تغییرات حل مسئلۀ اجتماعی را به‌طور مستقیم تبیین می‌‌کند. همچنین، سرمایۀ روانشناختی به‌طور غیرمستقیم و ازطریق متغیر میانجی ترجیحات فکری بر متغیر توانایی حل مسئلۀ اجتماعی تاثیر دارد که بیشترین تاثیر را در این مدل داراست. همچنین، نتایج نشان دادند مدل انتخابی با داده‌ها برازش دارد؛ بنابراین، سرمایه‌های روانشناختی به‌عنوان یک ظرفیت روانی مطلوب و با بهره‌گیری از ترجیحات فکری، بر توانایی راه‌حل‌یابی افراد تاثیر می‌گذارد و آن را تسهیل می‌کند.

The Role of Psychological Capital on the Ability to Solve Social Problems Through Mediation Intellectual Preferences

This study aimed to examine the role of psychological capital on solving social problems through mediation role of intellectual preferences. The methodology was descriptivecorrelational, and the sample size was based on Cochran’s formula, 384 people according to the number of the population. The subjects were selected by multistage cluster sampling approach within each cluster by simple random sampling method. The social problemsolving inventory, psychological capital questionnaire, and intellectual preferences questionnaire were used in this study to collect data. According to the results, psychological capital can directly explains changes in social problemsolving. Also, psychological capital indirectly affects the variable of ability to solve social problems through the mediating variable of intellectual preferences which has the highest impact in this model. On the other hand, the results demonstrated that the selected model fits the data. Therefore, psychological capital as a desirable psychological capacity and using intellectual preferences, affect the ability to find solutions and facilitates it.
