تعلیم آموزه‌های جنسی در دوره کودکی از دیدگاه فقه اهل بیت (ع)

آموزش جنسی، بخش مهمی از تربیت جنسی است. این نوع آموزش، در راستای افزایش دانش، آگاهی و ارتقای مهارت متربیان در امور جنسی و جنسیتی آنان صورت می‌گیرد. عدم تدوین پژوهشی مبتنی بر فقه اهل‌بیت؟عهم؟ و همچنین فقدان برنامه‌ای جامع برای ارائه آموزش جنسی، والدین و مربیان را دچار سردرگمی در انتقال محتوای آموزشی در این زمینه کرده است. ازاین‌رو، این پژوهش با روش اجتهادی، احکام مربوط به تعلیم آموزه‌های جنسی از دیدگاه فقه اهل‌بیت؟عهم؟ را در دوره کودکی بررسی، و حکم هر آموزه‌ای را از ادله عامه [قواعد عامه] و خاصه _ قرآن و سنت _ و همچنین ادله عقلی استخراج کرده است. تعلیم برخی آموزه‌های جنسی به کودکان با توجه به سن، جنسیت و توان جسمی و روانی آنان در ساحت‌های شناختی، عاطفی و رفتاری، مشروع است. این پژوهش، براساس روش استدلالی مذکور، تعلیم آموزه‌هایی نظیر: هویت‌یابی جنسی، تحفظ عورت از دیده‌شدن، آموزش استیذان، پاسخ‌دهی به کنجکاوی‌ها و سوالات جنسی کودکان و همچنین تعلیم روش‌های گفتاری و رفتاریِ محافظت از خود در برابر سوء استفاده‌های جنسی را در دوره کودکی راجح دانسته است.

Teaching sexual teachings in childhood from the perspective of Ahl al-Bayt jurisprudence

Sex education is an important part of sex training. This type of education aims to increase knowledge, awareness and improve the skills of trainees in their sexual affairs. Little efforts have been made to study sex education based on the jurisprudence of the Ahl alBayt (a) not to mention the lack of a comprehensive program to provide sex education, which confused parents and educators in communicating educational content to the audience in this field. Therefore, this study examines the rulings related to sex education from the perspective of the jurisprudence of the Ahl alBayt (a) in childhood. It has thus extracted the rulings based on rational arguments as well as general and specific doctrines extracted from the Qur’an and Sunnah. Teaching some sexual content to children is legitimate in terms of their age, gender, and physical and mental strength in the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral domains. Based on the abovementioned reasoning method, this study concludes that teaching contents such as sexual identification, protection of the private parts and the exposure of the private parts to others, seeking permission, answering children’s curiosities and sexual questions, as well as teaching speech and behavioral methods to protect them against sexual abuse during childhood is preferred.
