وظیفه‌مندی حکومت اسلامی در تربیت دینی جامعه

از مهمترین ساحت‌های تربیتی، تربیت دینی است. تربیت اعتقادی (شناختی)، عبادی (رفتاری) و اخلاقی زیرمجموعه تربیت دینی قرار دارد. تحقق تربیت دینی جامعه، نیازمند اقدامات و فعالیت‌های گسترده و پیچیده عاملان و متولیان تربیتی است. والدین، مربیان، علما، نخبگان، رسانه‌ها و حکومت از جمله متولیان و عاملانِ اصلی تربیت در سطح اجتماع هستند. از مهمترین و موثرترین عوامل و متولیان تربیت دینی، حکومت اسلامی است. این تحقیق، به روش توصیفی تحلیل و اجتهادی، اصل وظیفه‌مندی حکومت اسلامی نسبت به تربیت دینی جامعه را با ادله و قواعد عام، ادله عقلی و نقلی قرآن و روایات اثبات کرده است. با توجه به ادله، حکومت اسلامی نسبت به تربیت دینی جامعه در تکالیف الزامیِ اعتقادی، عبادی و اخلاقی آحادِ مردم، وظیفه الزامی و در غیر الزامیات، تکالیف استحبابی دارد. بر اساس این پژوهش، حکومت اسلامی می‌تواند از طریق مجموعه اقدامات مدیریتی و فعالیت‌های مستمرِ برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی، هماهنگی، رهبری، کنترل و نظارت، تربیت دینی را در گستره جامعه محقق سازد.

The duty of the Islamic government in the religious education of the society

One of the most important areas of education is religious education. Belief (cognitive), devotional (behavioral) and moral education is a subset of religious education. The realization of religious education in society requires extensive and complex actions and activities of educational actors and custodians. Parents, educators, scholars, elites, the media and the government are among the main custodians and agents of education at the community level. One of the most important and effective factors and custodians of religious education is the Islamic government. This research, in a descriptiveanalytical and ijtihad method, has proved the principle of duty of the Islamic government towards the religious education of the society with general evidences and rules, rational and narrative evidences Quran and narrations. According to the arguments, the Islamic government has a mandatory duty towards the religious education of the society in the obligatory doctrinal, devotional and moral duties of the people, and in nonmandatory duties, it has recommended duties. According to this research, the Islamic government can achieve religious education in the community through a set of managerial actions and continuous activities of planning, organizing, coordinating, leading, controlling and supervising.
