بررسیی فقهی وظیفه حکومت اسلامی در تربیت اخلاقی جامعه

تربیت اسلامی ساحت‌های مختلفی دارد و تربیت اخلاقی یکی از مهمترین این ساحت‌ها است که جامعه را با وظایف و تکالیف اخلاقی آشنا کرده و آنان را متعهد به انجام آن می‌نماید. آن چه اهمیت دارد این است که بدانیم مسئولیت تربیت اخلاقی جامعه بر عهده کیست ؟ و حکم فقهی آن چیست؟ این پژوهش در قالب روش توصیفی، تحلیلی و اجتهادی با محوریت آیات و روایات به بازخوانى وظایف حکومت اسلامی در قِبال تربیت اخلاقی جامعه بی پردازد و براساس روش‏ شناسى فقهى، میزان و جزئیات وظیفه‏ مندى حکومت اسلامی را در تربیت اخلاقی جامعه را روشن نماید. با طرح ادله مانند آیات، روایات، عقل، سیره و قواعد عامه، به بررسی وظیفه حکومت اسلامی در تربیت اخلاقى جامعه پرداخته است و پس از بررسى‏ ادله توانسته، وظیفه‏اى الزامى حکومت اسلامی را در تربیت اخلاقى جامعه، اثبات کند و هم چنین اگر مقدمات و زمینه سازی‌هایی برای انجام « تربیت اخلاقی جامعه » قلمداد شوند انجام آن ها نیز بر حکومت اسلامی وظیفه‏اى الزامى خواهد بود.

Jurisprudential study of the duty of the Islamic government in the moral education of society

By presenting evidences such as verses, narrations, intellect, manners and public rules, he has dealt with the &duty of the Islamic government in the moral education of society& and after examining the evidence, has been able to prove an obligatory duty of the Islamic government in the moral education of society.
