بررسی فقهی دعای والدین برای فرزندان قبل از تولد (به مثابه یک روش تربیتی)

دعا یکی از اصلی‌ترین آموزه‌های اسلامی است. دعا در اسلام _ به جز ادعیه قرآنی که وحیانی‌اند _ بیان دیگری از آموزه‌های وحی در جهت تربیت فرد و تامین سلامت جامعه است. دعا روشی است که همزمان حاوی پیام‌های تعلیم، تربیت و تعبد است. مکتب انسان‌ساز دعا، علاوه بر خودسازی، با نزدیک شدن به مبدا هستی، سهم مهمی نیز در تربیت دیگران دارد. فرزندان عزیزترین و دلنشین‌ترین افراد پیرامونی هر شخص‌اند که «دعا» می‌تواند نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در هدایت و سعادت آنان داشته باشد. این تحقیق به دنبال این موضوع خواهد بود که احکام مربوط به وظیفه‌مندی والدین در تربیت فرزندان با روش «دعا» را قبل از تولد به سبک اجتهادی، استخراج نماید. مکتب اسلام، برای نیل به سعادت و صلاح فرزندان، قبل از تولد نیز به این مسئله توجه جدی داشته و در برنامه‌های تربیتی خود، به این روش اساسی تاکید ورزیده است. بنابراین، دعای والدین برای فرزندان قبل از تولد آن‌ها از احکام استحبابی و اخلاقی اسلام است که برای اثبات آن می‌توان از ادله متعدد عقلی و نقلی استفاده کرد. از جمله نتایج این پژوهش این است که دعای والدین برای فرزندان، آثار وضعی و برکات فراوان دارد که در طول حیات و در عرصه‌های مختلف زندگی، موفقیت‌های بزرگی را برای فرزند رقم می‌زند.

Jurisprudential study of parents’ prayers for children before birth (as an educational method)

Prayer is one of the main Islamic teachings. Prayer in Islam apart from the Qur’anic prayers which are revelatory is another expression of the teachings of revelation in order to educate the individual and ensure the health of society. Prayer is a method that simultaneously contains the messages of education, training and worship. The humanizing school of prayer, in addition to selfimprovement, has an important role in educating others as it approaches the origin of existence. Children are the dearest and most pleasing people around any person, and prayer can play a decisive role in their guidance and happiness. This research will seek to extract the rulings related to the duty of parents in raising their children by the method of prayer before birth in the ijtihad style. In order to achieve the happiness and wellbeing of children, the school of Islam has paid serious attention to this issue before birth and has emphasized this basic method in its educational programs. Therefore, the parents’ prayer for their children before they are born is one of the recommended and moral rules of Islam, which can be proved by various rational and narrative arguments. One of the results of this study is that parents’ prayers for their children have many situational effects and blessings that bring great success to the child during her life and in different areas of life
