کارکرد اصل رعایت توان متربی در نظام تعلیم و تربیت

رعایت کردن توان متربی به‌عنوان یک قاعده عام در فرایند تعلیم و تربیت کاربرد دارد. ازآنجاکه ابعاد و ساحات وجودی انسان قابل تغییر و تربیت است توجه به اصل رعایت توان متربی، به‌عنوان عامل مهم و اثرگذار در ساحات تربیتی بیش‌ازپیش اهمیت پیدا می‌کند. امروزه یکی از شاخص‌های توسعه، بالا بودن درصد باسوادی اجتماعی است که معمولاً بر اساس قانون تعلیم اجباری محقق می‌شود. در این میان، تعلیم اجباری و حکم آن از نظر فقه تربیتی جایگاه ویژه‌ای پیدا کرده و کارکرد اصل رعایت توان در این عرصه نیز موردتوجه دانشوران علوم تربیتی قرار گرفته است. از دیگر کاربردهای اصل رعایت توان می‌توان به تعلیم و تربیت کودکان استثنایی اشاره نمود که قواعد و اصول کلی تربیت این نوع از متربیان را دستخوش تغییر و تحول می‌سازد. شاید یکی از مهم‌ترین کارکردهای اصل رعایت توان متربی در نظام تعلیم و تعلم، در حوزه سنجش و ارزیابی عملکرد متربیان باشد. امروزه سنجش و ارزیابی در نظام آموزش‌وپرورش و ملاک رشد و پیشرفت تحصیلی متربیان غالباً بر اساس کمیت عددی و نمره انجام می‌گیرد، درحالی‌که ملاک سنجش مزبور، ناکارآمد است و اصل رعایت توان متربی معیار نوینی ارائه می‌دهد.

The Function of the ’Principle of Considering the Trainee’s Capability’ in the Education System

One of the most important issues in society that governs family relationships and strengthens the foundations of the family is the issue of raising children.
