ملاک و شرایط تکفیر از دید رشید رضا

تکفیر پدیده‌ای است که از زمان امام علی (ع) و ماجرای حکمیت تا کنون همواره جهان اسلام را به خود مشغول کرده است. در دوران معاصر نیز، گروهی از سلفیان، موسوم به تکفیری، با این دستاویز به ریختن خون مسلمانان مباهات می‌کنند. آنها با استناد به اندیشه‌ها و آرای بزرگان خود، این کار را عمل به دستورهای دینی می‌دانند. یکی از نظریه‌پردازان سلفیان معاصر، محمد رشید رضا است. او، که به‌شدت تحت تاثیر عقاید ابن‌تیمیه است، ابعاد و جوانب مسئله تکفیر را به‌خوبی بررسی کرده است. این مقاله ملاک و شرایط تکفیر را از دید رشید رضا می‌کاود. او در مقام مصلح اجتماعی معتقد است باید بین بیان ملاک کلی تکفیر و احکام ارتداد، تکفیر فرد معین و اجرای احکام ارتداد فرق گذاشته شود. ملاک کلی تکفیر را انکار یکی از ضروریات دین می‌داند، ولی معتقد است جهل و تاویل، مانع اجرای احکام تکفیر در خصوص اشخاص است.

Conditions of Takfir (Excommunication) from the Viewpoint of Rashid Rida

Takfeer (Excommunication) is a phenomenon with which the Muslim world has been preoccupied since the era of Imām Ali and the event of Hakamiyyat. It is also utilized today as an instrument by some Salafis, called Takfeeris, who take a pride in slaughtering the Muslim, documenting it as legal through the theories of their early scholars. Rashid Rida, one of the contemporary Salafi theorists, has well surveyed various aspects of Takfeer, being deeply influenced by the positions of Ibn Taymyyah. This article seeks to explore the conditions of Takfeer from the viewpoint of Rashid Rida, who believes there must be distinguition amongst general conditions of Takfeer, excommunication of a definite person and the implementation of Takfeer laws. He defines the general condition of Takfeer as denial of one of the principles of religion but maintains Jahl (Ignorance) and Ta,weel (Interpretation) as two of the barriers on the way of excommunicating a definite person.
