جایگاه و ارتباط شریعت، طریقت و حقیقت از منظر عزالدین محمود کاشانی

موضوع شریعت، طریقت و حقیقت، در آثار عزالدین محمود کاشانی دیده می‌شود. تعیین جایگاه سه اصطلاح مذکور، و ارتباط میان آنها و چگونگی تبیین تعالیم دینی بر پایه آن، از مباحث کانونی او است. تحقیق حاضر با روش توصیفی‌تحلیلی، به جایگاه و ارتباط شریعت، طریقت و حقیقت و مراتب هر یک و نیز نگرش عرفانی کاشانی، بر اساس سه لایه مذکور، به تعالیم دینی می‌پردازد و در آخر، رویکرد او به همخوانی آموزه‌های عرفانی با کتاب و سنت و نیز ضرورت التزام به ظواهر شرع را بررسی می‌کند. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که او سه اصطلاح مذکور را مراتب یک واقعیت برمی‌شمرد و ضمن تلفیق آن سه، با رویکرد عرفانی، تعالیم دینی را تحلیل و بررسی می‌کند. همچنین، منشا آموزه‌های عرفانی ناب را فقط در کتاب و سنت می‌بیند و پای‌بندی به شریعت را در همه حال ضروری می‌داند.

The Position and Interrelationship of Shariat (Religious Laws), Tarighat (Mystical Path) and Truth from the Perspective of Ezz alDin Mahmud Kashani

The subject of shariat (religious laws), tarighat (mystical path) and truth can be seen in the works of Ezz alDin Mahmud Kashani. Determining the position of these three terms, and their relationship as well as explaining religious teachings based on them, is one of Kashani’s central topics. Using the descriptiveanalytical method, the present study deals with the position and relationship of these three concepts, their levels and Kashani’s mystical attitude, based on them, towards religious teachings. Finally, it examines his approach to the harmonization of mystical teachings with the Quran and tradition, as well as the necessity of adhering to the appearances of shariat. The results of the research indicate that he considers the mentioned concepts as layers of a reality and while combining them, with a mystical approach, analyzes and studies religious teachings. In addition, Kashani sees the origin of pure mystical teachings only in the Quran and tradition and considers adherence to shariat necessary in all cases.
