بررسی اصل اولی صلح یا جهاد در اندیشه امامیه و اهل ‌سنت

در طول تاریخ تفکر اسلامی، سال‌ها و بلکه قرن‌های متوالی این مسئله مطرح بوده که اسلام طرفدار اصالت جهاد است یا صلح. در این مقاله، دو نظریه در تفکر امامیه و اهل سنت بررسی شده و دیدگاه‌های مذاهب و فقهای آنها مطرح و واکاوی شده است تا راهکارهای مناسب بر اساس قواعد مشخص ترسیم شود. این مقاله با رویکرد توصیفی‌تحلیلی آیاتی را که ظهور در اصل اولی جهاد دارند، بررسی کرده و به این نتیجه رسیده است که آنها در مقام مقابله با کفار حربی هستند. برای تایید این مطلب به سیره و سنت پیامبر k و همچنین آیاتی استناد شده که به صلح‌دوستی و اعتزال اشاره دارد. بنابراین، نظریه‌ای که در این پژوهش مطرح و تقویت می‌شود، این است که اصل اولی در روابط با کفار صلحی مقتدرانه بوده، که البته باید در آن، شرایط سیادت و استقلال اسلامی لحاظ شود.

Examining the First Principle of Peace or Jihad in the Thought of Twelvers and Sunnis

Throughout the history of Islamic thought, for years and even centuries, the question has been raised whether Islam advocates the originality of jihad or peace. In this article, two theories in Imami and Sunni thoughts are studied and the views of denominations and their jurists are mentioned and analyzed in order to provide appropriate solutions based on specific rules. This article examines the verses that indicate the first principle of jihad with a descriptiveanalytical approach and concludes that they are in the position to confront koffar harbi (infidels against whom war can be waged). To confirm this, the practice and tradition of the Prophet (S) as well as the verses that refer to the peace and seclusion are cited. Therefore, the theory proposed and strengthened in this study is that the first principle in relations with infidels is authoritative peace, in which, of course, the conditions of Islamic sovereignty and independence must be taken into account
