ضوابط تکفیر از دیدگاه فقه شیعه

در سال‌های اخیر، به علت مقابله شیعه با جریان‌های تکفیری و تاکید بر تقریب و وحدت امت اسلامی، عده‌ای با تفکر افراطی تکفیری، برای تخریب شیعه، این مذهب را به تفکر تکفیری متهم کرده، و راهبرد شیعه‌هراسی را در دستور کار خویش قرار داده‌اند. یکی از دلایل مهم این اتهام، توهم تلازم اعتقاد به امامت، به عنوان اصلی از اصول دین، با کفر مخالفان آن است. در این پژوهش با روش توصیفی­تحلیلی، با استفاده از سیره نظری و عملی اهل بیت (ع)، ضوابط تکفیر از دیدگاه شیعه تبیین شده که عبارت­اند از: انکار سه اصل توحید، نبوت و معاد، ضروریات و احکام قطعی دین با شرایط خاص و فقدان موانع. با تبیین این مقدمات، این نتیجه به دست آمده است که شیعیان به اسلام اظهارکنندگان به شهادتین (به غیر از نواصب و غالیان) اعتقاد دارند و نسبت‌دادن اتهام تفکر تکفیری به شیعه، غیرعالمانه و مغرضانه است.

criteria of takfir from the view point of shi’a jurisprudence

during recent years, due to confrontation of shi’a with takfiri movements and emphasis on proximity among islamic sects, some people holding extremist takfiri thought aiming at ruining shi’a have accused this sect of holding takfiri idea and have put shi’aphobia in their agenda. one of the most significant reasons behind this accusation is falsely equating the belief in imamate as a principle of religion with atheism of those who reject this belief. in this survey, applying descriptiveanalytical approach and using theoretical and practical lifestyle of the household of the holy prophet, criteria of takfir from the view point of shi’a is illustrated which include: denying three principles of unity of god, prophecy and the resurrection, necessities and certain rules of religion in special circumstances and absence of obstacles. illustrating these preliminary concepts, the obtained results is that the shi’ites believe in the islam in which those who declare shahadatain (except nasibis and ghulat) believe and attributing takfiri thought to shi’ites is biases and not scholarly.
