امکان‌‏سنجی بسته مداخله‌‏ای کاهش تعارض زناشویی براساس منابع اسلامی

تعارض پدیده‏ای است که در ارتباط زناشویی به‌موازات عشق ایجاد می‌شود و امری اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف امکان‏سنجی بسته مداخله‏ای کاهش تعارضات زوجین براساس منابع اسلامی به‌روش نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع طرح‏های تک‌‌آزمودنی با خط‌ پایه چندگانه متوالی- اکتشافی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زوجینی بودند که به‌‌دلیل وجود تعارض، به مرکز مشاوره غدیر در شهر قم مراجعه کرده بودند. از بین ایشان تعداد سه‌زوج باروش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با ملاک اثبات وجود تعارض براساس پرسش‌‌نامه تعارضات زناشویی برای ورود به پژوهش انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات پژوهش بااستفاده از پرسش‌نامه تعارضات زناشویی قبل و بعد از مداخله جمع‌آوری شد. بسته مداخله محقق‌‌ساخته شامل بسته مداخله‌‏ای کاهش تعارضات زوجین براساس منابع اسلامی در قالب یک‌درمان کوتاه‌‌مدت ساختاریافته 9 جلسه‌‏ای بود که 10 روان‌‌شناس، روایی جلسات درمانی آن را به‌‌طورکلی و در سطح ساختار، اهداف و تکنیک‏‌ها تایید کردند. نتایج اجرای بسته مداخله‏‌ای بر روی گروه نمونه نشان داد که تعارض زوجین متعارض پس از مداخله، به وضعیت خفیف و بدون آسیب با روند کاهشی و باثبات رسیده است.

the feasibility of an interventional package of the decrement of marital conflict based on islamic sources

a conflict is an inevitable phenomenon formed during marital relationship in parallel with love. the present study aimed to investigate the feasibility of an interventional package of the decrement of couples’ conflict based on islamic sources with a quasi-experimental method and single-case experimental design with a multiple sequential-exploratory baseline. the population included all couples who were in conflict referring to the ghadir counseling center in the city of qom. three couples were selected by the judgmental sampling and with the confirmation of conflict criterion according to a marital conflict questionnaire. the data were collected before and after the intervention. the researcher’s interventional package of the decrement of couples’ conflict was designed according to the islamic sources, and it was in the form of a short structured 9 session treatment. the package validity regarding its sessions, in general, and in terms of its structure, objectives, and techniques were confirmed by 10 psychologists. the results of the interventional package showed that after the intervention, the couples’ conflict turned to a good and safe condition with a decreasing and stable trend.
