تئوری ارزشمندی اشتغال زنان روستایی با تاکید بر آیات قرآن کریم ‌‌بر پایه روش زمینه‌‌ای و برتری آن بر سایر الگوهای اشتغالی زنان

آسیب‌شناسی کار زنان روستایی نشان از مغفول ماندن ارزشمندی اشتغال آنها دارد که عدم توجه به آن بر آسیب‌های اشتغال زنان در روستا اثر گذار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین نظریه ارزشمندی اشتغال زنان روستایی با تاکید بر آیات قرآن کریم ‌‌بر پایه الگوی زمینه‌‌ای، به‌‎روش کیفی با رویکرد نظریه زمینه‌‌ای از نوع نظریه‌پردازی داده‌محور انجام شد. بدین‌منظور منابع مربوطه به ترتیب اولویت (آیات قرآن کریم، احادیث، مقالات علمی، گزارشات و تحقیقات میدانی انجام شده در این موضوع) بررسی شد و مقولات محوری کشف و کدگذاری گردید و با کشف مقولات فرعی مدل اصلی کشف شد. نتایج و الگوی کشف‌شده نشان‌ داد که ارزشمندی اشتغال زنان روستایی در بستر فراهم شدن 4 مقوله محوری یعنی، فراهم‎سازی زمینه اشتغال ایشان در کنار همسر، فرزندان و محارم، متناسب بودن شغل با ویژگی‌های روحی و جسمی ایشان، تاثیر مثبت شغل بر فرزند‌آوری و روحیه کارآفرینی این زنان ایجاد می‌شود. براین‌اساس، اشتغال زنان روستایی ویژگی‌هایی دارد که با مقولات استخراج شده از قرآن کریم در موضوع اشتغال زنان هم‌خوانی دارد. همچنین در کدبندی محوری، ارتباط منطقی و علّی مقوله‌‌های شرایطی و فرایندی و راهبردهایی که به پیامدهای مناسب منجر می‌شود، مشاهده شد.

a theory of the valuableness of rural women’s employment based on the verses of the holy quran using grounded theory methodology and its superiority over other women’s employment models

the pathology of the situation of rural women’s employment shows that there is a kind of ignorance about its valuableness, so that the lack of attention to it hurts women’s employment in villages. the present qualitative study was conducted with the purpose of explaining a theory of the valuableness of rural women’s employment based on the verses of the holy quran and the contextual pattern and its superiority over other patterns of women’s employment using a type of data-based theorizing (grounded theory methodology); thus, the related sources including, respectively, the verses of the holy quran, narratives, scientific articles, reports, and field studies, were reviewed and the main categories were identified and encoded. according to the model, the valuableness of rural women’s employment is created in the 4 main categories including women are employed alongside their husbands, children, and mahrams; the job is consistent with women’s psychological and physical traits; and the job has a positive effect on women’s fertility and entrepreneurial spirit. therefore, rural women’s employment has some characteristics that almost match the extracted categories of women’s employment from the holy quran. additionally, in axial coding, there is a logic and causal relationship among context, process, and strategy categories leading to appropriate consequences.
