بررسی حدود پوشش و نگاه در تفاسیر فریقین

از آنجا که شبهات مطرح‌‌شده در‌‌باره پوشش زنان و مردان روبه گسترش است، شناخت علمی دیدگاه‌‌های مفسران در این‌‌باره تلاشی بایسته است. ازاین‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی حدود پوشش و نگاه در تفاسیر فریقین به روش توصیفی- اسنادی انجام شد. بدین منظور منابع مکتوب مربوطه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و با ارائه‌‌ای نوین، منسجم و منطقی از پژوهش‌‌های گذشته درباره حجاب و استدلال بر دیدگاه فقها و مفسران درباره پوشش در آیات 59 سوره احزاب و آیات 30، 31 و60 سوره نور، حدود پوشش و نگاه در تفاسیر فریقین تحلیل و بررسی گردید.‌‌ نتایج نشان داد که اصل وجوب پوشش مورد اجماع مفسران فریقین و از ضروریات دین است، ولی حدود پوشش میان فقها و مفسران فریقین مورد بحث و گفت‌‌وگو است. باوجود شهرت وجوب پوشاندن تمام بدن جز وجه و کفین، تفاسیر دیگری از وجوب پوشاندن همه بدن جز چهره، پوشاندن تمام بدن، پوشاندن تمام بدن جز وجه، کفین و پاها و پوشاندن زینت‌‌های ظاهری و ملازمه حدود پوشش و نگاه مطرح شده است.

as proposed suspicions about women’s and men’s covering are extending, it is necessary to scientifically get knowledgeable about interpreters’ views; thus, this study was conducted with the purpose of investigating the limits of covering and look from the view of sunni- shia interpretations using a descriptive- documentary method. therefore, the related written sources were examined, and the limits of covering and look from the view of sunni- shia interpretations were analyzed by coherently and logically reviewing the previous studies on hijab and jurists’ and interpreters’ views about the covering in the verse 59 of surah ahzab, and the verses 30, 31, and 60 of surah noor. the results showed that the obligation of covering is accepted by all sunni- shia interpreters and is one of the necessities of religion, but the limits of covering is a controversial issue among sunni- shia interpreters. despite the reputation of obliging to cover the whole body except the face and hands, other interpretations mention that it is an obligation to cover the whole body except the face, cover the whole body, cover the whole body except the face, hands, and feet, and cover the exterior ornaments alongside the limits of covering and look.
