تحلیل تطور مشارکت زنان در سه الگوی حکومت جریان اخوان‌المسلمین

اخوان المسلمین جنبش فراملی اسلام‌گرای سنّی و از بزرگترین جریان‌‌‌های سیاسی تاثیرگذار سده اخیر در جهان اسلام است که نقش موثر زنان در برهه‌‌ها و حوادث مختلف سیاسی و اجتماعی این جریان انکارناپذیر است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تطور مشارکت سیاسی و اجتماعی زنان از منظر اندیشمندان اخوان‌المسلمین به‌روش توصیفی- اسنادی انجام شد. با بررسی انجام شده، مطالعه‌ای که موضوع پژوهش حاضر به‌طور مستقل در آن بررسی‌ شده باشد، یافت نشد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که متغیر وابسته مشارکت سیاسی و اجتماعی زنان وابسته به نظریات حکومتی اندیشمندان اخوان‌المسلمین در قالب سه الگوی حکومتی قابل ردیابی است. در الگوی «حکومت اسلامی» باتوجه به وضعیت زمانه و استنباطی که اندیشمندان اخوانی از آیات و روایت در این موضوع دارند، مشارکت زنان فقط در امور محدود سیاسی و اجتماعی مجاز است. در الگوی حکومتی «سوسیالیسم اسلامی» مساوات و برابری، به‌شکل برجسته‌تری نمایان است. در الگوی «حکومت مدنی» با افزایش رشد نرخ سواد و مطالبات زنان و نیز نگاه نو به مفاهیم و آموزه‌‌‌های دینی ازسوی برخی از اخوانی‌‌ها، تطور قابل ملاحظه‌ای مشاهده می‌شود به‌طوری که مشارکت زنان در تمامی عرصه‌‌‌های سیاسی و اجتماعی به‌جز مقام رهبری و خلافت پذیرفته شده است البته به نظر یکی از اندیشمندان این الگوی حکومت، تصدی مقام خلافت نیز برای زنان مجاز است.

An Analysis of the Evolution of Women’s Participation in the Three Governance Models of the Society of Muslim Brothers

The society of Muslim Brothers is a transnational movement of Sunni Islamist and one of the biggest effective political currents in the recent decade in the world of Islam that women’s effective role in political and social events of this current is not undeniable. This descriptive-documentary study was conducted with the aim of investigating the evolution of women’s political and social participation from the view of the Muslim Brothers’ scholars. After reviewing the related sources, a research that independently focuses on this issue was not found. According to the results, the dependent variable, women’s political and social participation, depends on the governance view of the Muslim Brothers’ scholars in the form of three governance models. In the model of &Islamic governance&, regarding the time and the view of the Muslim Brothers’ scholars on the verses and narratives, women’s participation is limited to political and social affairs. In the governance model of &Islamic socialism&, equity is more visible. In the model of &civil governance&, due to the increase of literacy rate and women’s demands, and some scholars’ new approach to religious teachings, there is a considerable evolution, so that women’s participation in all political and social fields, except leadership and governing, is acceptable; although, one scholar believing in this model, says that women can even be a governor.
