شرطیت اذن زوج در فعالیت های سیاسی زوجه از دیدگاه امامیه و حنفیه

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی شرطیت اذن زوج در فعالیت های سیاسی زوجه از دیدگاه امامیه و حنفیه به صورت کتابخانه ایی و به شیوه توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام شد. چون خانواده بنیادی ترین نهاد جامعه است، خدای متعال به روابط همسران توجه ویژه ای دارد و دستورات و مقررات خاصی را بر اساس رافت و رحمت بر روابط آنها وضع کرده است. از جمله این دستورات، قراردادن مرد در جایگاه مدیر و سرپرست خانواده است که لازمه این سرپرستی، لزوم هماهنگی زوجه با زوج برای انجام فعالیت هایش است و شارع مقدس این امر را با وضع شرطیت اذن زوج در فعالیت های زوجه محقق کرده است. بر این اساس، فعالیت های سیاسی زنان در قلمرو شرطیت اجازه شوهران قرار می گیرد که برای بررسی نظرات فقهای امامیه و حنفیه در این باره می توان به موضوع خروج زن از منزل و اشتغال زن مراجعه کرد و دیدگاه آنها را به دست آورد؛ بدین صورت که در بحث خروج زن از منزل، مشارکت زنان در فعالیت های سیاسی کشور و در مورد اشتغال زن، دستیابی به مناصب سیاسی قابل طرح است.

The Stipulation of the Husband’s Permission for Her Wife’s Political Activities from the Viewpoint of Imamiyeh and Hanafiyeh

This research has been conducted with the purpose of investigating the stipulation of the husband’s permission for her wife’s political activities from the viewpoint of Imamiyeh and Hanafiyeh with the help of library method and it is a descriptiveanalytical study. Because the family is the most fundamental social institution, God pays special attention to the couple’s relationships and sets up special orders and rules based on mercy. One of those orders as an example is the need for the wife to coordinate with her husband, as the family manager, for doing her activities and the holy legislator has realized that by setting up the stipulation of the husband*d’s permission for her wife’s activities; thus, the women’s political activities are within the realm of the stipulation of their husbands’ permission. For reviewing the Imamiyeh and Hanafiyeh jurisprudents’ viewpoints about this case, we can refer to the issues of the exit of women from home and their employments. In the cases of the exit of women from home, the women’s participation in the political activities of country, and the women’s employment, what is important is the achievement of political positions.
