تحلیل دیدگاه ابوزید و طاهر حداد در مورد تعدد زوجات

رویکرد جدید دین‌‌پژوهان در بررسی آیات و اعتقاد به نقش تدریج و تاریخمندی متون در تعیین و تغییر برخی احکام، برخی نواندیشان را بر آن داشت که برخی آیات احکام و نیز قوانین اسلامی را با توجه به شرایط اجتماعی روز بازنگری کرده و نظریات جدیدی در برخی احکام اسلامی مانند مسئله تعدد زوجات بیان دارند. براین‌اساس، پژوهش حاضر به هدف بررسی، تحلیل و تطبیق دیدگاه طاهر حداد و ابوزید که از نواندیشان در این زمینه هستند، انجام شد. بدین ترتیب کلیه کتب و مقالات منتشر شده در این موضوع مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. با بررسی به عمل آمده پژوهشی که موضوع مقاله حاضر در آن بررسی شده باشد،‌ یافت نشد. نتایج بررسی‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که دیدگاه ایشان با مفاد آیات 3 و 129 سوره نساء منطبق نیست؛ زیرا آیه‌‌ 3 حکمی چندوجهی که شامل حداقل و حداکثر حکم است را بیان نموده و آیه‌‌ 129 نیز با وجودی که از عدم امکان عدالت قلبی سخن گفته است، مطلبی دال بر تغییر و تبدیل حکم تعدد زوجات بیان نکرده و آن را نسخ ننموده است.

An Analysis of Abu Zayd’s and Taher Hadad’s Viewpoints on Polygamy

Religion scholars’ new approach to studying verses and believing in the role of the graduality and the historicity of texts in determining and changing some rules makes some intellectuals review the verses about rules and Islamic laws to present new ideas on Islamic rules, like the issue of polygamy, regarding today’s social conditions. Therefore, the present research was conducted with the purpose of investigating, analyzing, and adapting Taher Hadad’s and Abu Zayd’s viewpoints, who are intellectuals in this field; thus, all published books and articles were reviewed, and there was no study examining the subject of this research. According to the results, their viewpoints are not compatible with the content of verses 3 and 129 of Surah Nesa, because verse 3 states a multidimensional sentence, which includes the minimum and maximum of the sentence, and verse 129 does not express anything about changing and converting the sentence of polygamy and does not abrogate it, although it talks about the impossibility of heart justice.
