پیش‌بینی باورهای غیرمنطقی همسرگزینی بر اساس بهزیستی ذهنی، سازمان شخصیت و سبک‌های دلبستگی

انتخاب همسر یکی از مهم‌ترین انتخاب‌های فرد است، اما باورهای غیرمنطقی در مورد انتخاب همسر می‌تواند فرایند ازدواج دختران و پسران را با چالش مواجه کند. از این‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه و پیش‌بینی باورهای غیرمنطقی همسرگزینی بر اساس بهزیستی‌ذهنی، سازمان شخصیت و سبک‌های دلبستگی در دانشجویان، به روش مقایسه‌ای از نوع همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان مجرد دانشگاه پیام‌نور تالش در سال 96-1395 بودند که 300 نفر از آنها به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مقیاس تجدید نظرشده دلبستگی بزرگسال، مقیاس نگرش به نحوه انتخاب همسر، سیاهه سازمان شخصیت کرنبرگ و مقیاس بهزیستی ذهنی استفاده شد. داده‌ها از طریق آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیری گام‌به‌گام تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که بجز آزمونگری واقعیت، بین دختران و پسران در باورهای غیرمنطقی همسرگزینی، بهزیستی ذهنی، سبک‌های دلبستگی، دفاع‌های روان‌شناختی نخستین و سردرگمی هویت، تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان داد که متغیرهای بهزیستی ذهنی، دلبستگی ایمن، آزمونگری واقعیت و سردرگمی هویت می‌توانند 18.6% از واریانس باورهای غلط همسرگزینی را تبیین کند. با توجه به یافته‌های این پژوهش، می‌توان آموزش و مداخله در بهزیستی ذهنی، سازمان شخصیت و سبک دلبستگی دختران و پسران را یک روش موثر در کاهش باورهای غیرمنطقی همسرگزینی آنان پیشنهاد داد و زمینه تسهیل ازدواج آنان را فراهم کرد.

The Prediction of Illogical Beliefs about the Spouse Selection Based on the Mental Well-Being, Personality Organization, and Attachment Styles

Choosing a spouse is one of the most important selections of a person, but the illogical beliefs about the spouse selection can challenge the marriage process of girls and boys; thus, this correlational study was conducted with the purpose of comparing and predicting the illogical beliefs about the spouse selection based on the mental willbeing, personality organization, and attachment styles among the students in a comparative manner. The population was all the single students of Payam Nour University in the city of Talesh in the academic year 20162017 and 300 students were selected by the simple random sampling. The revised adult attachment scale, the attitudes towards spouse selection scale, the Kernberg’s inventory of personality organization, and the mental wellbeing scale are used for collecting the data. The data were analyzed by the multivariable analyze of variance, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. The findings showed that there is not a meaningful difference between girls and boys in terms of the illogical beliefs about the spouse selection, mental wellbeing, attachment styles, primitive psychological defenses, and identity confusion, except reality testing. In addition, according to the findings, the variables of mental wellbeing, secure attachment, reality testing, and identity confusion can explain 18.6% of the variance of illogical beliefs about the spouse selection. This study suggests that the training of and intervention in mental wellbeing, personality organization, and attachment styles of girls and boys are an effective way to decrease their illogical beliefs about the spouse selection and facilitate their marriage.
