تاثیر هوش مصنوعی بر ماهیت جنگ‌ها از منظر سیاست‌های راهبردی دولت‌های آمریکا، چین و روسیه

هوش مصنوعی تغییرات چشمگیری در زندگی بشر ایجاد کرده و از مهم‌ترین حوزه‌هایی که تحت تاثیر این پیشرفت فناورانه قرار گرفته است، حوزه جنگ و منازعات خشونت‌آمیز میان دولت‌ها است. از این رو، شناخت دقیق ابعاد و پیامدهای آن برای مدیریت شرایط آینده ضروری است. سوال پژوهش این است که از منظر سیاست‌های راهبردی دولت های آمریکا، روسیه و چین، هوش مصنوعی چه تاثیری بر ماهیت جنگ دارد؟ برای پاسخ به این سوال بر اساس اندیشه های کارل فون کلاوزویتس درباره جنگ، اسناد ترسیم‌کننده سیاستهای راهبردی سه کشور بررسی شد. در این پژوهش، روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس کیودی‌ای بکار رفته است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که از منظر این سه دولت، هر سه شاخص ماهیت جنگ کلاوزویتس تحت تاثیر هوش مصنوعی دچار تغییرات مثبت و منفی می شود. تغییراتی که موجب تحول ابزار، شیوه‌ها و ویژگی‌های جنگ بین دولت‌ها می‌شود و این تحول، بازتعریف راهبرد امنیتی دولت‌ها برای مواجهه با تهدیدات در فضای جدید نظام بین‌الملل را بیش از پیش ضروری می‌سازد.

the impact of artificial intelligence on the nature of wars from the perspective of the strategic policies of the american, chinese and russian states

artificial intelligence has made significant changes in human life and one of the most important areas affected by this technological progress is the area of war and violent conflicts between states. hence, understanding of its dimensions and consequences is necessary to manage future conditions. the research question is, from the perspective of the strategic policies of the american, russian and chinese states, what effect does artificial intelligence have on the nature of war? in this research, the method of qualitative content analysis was used using maxqd software. the results of the research show that from the point of view of the three states, all three indicators of the nature of clausewitz’s war undergo positive and negative changes under the influence of artificial intelligence. the changes that cause the transformation of the tools, methods and features of war between the states and this transformation makes it more necessary to redefine the security strategy of the states to face the threats.
