بایسته‌های سیاستگذاری ایران در قفقاز جنوبی پس از جنگ دوم قره‌باغ(2020)؛ با تاکید بر روابط ایران و ارمنستان

تحولات مادی و معنایی عمیقی در سالیان اخیر در منطقه قفقازجنوبی به‌وجود آمده است. برهمین اساس، پرسش اصلی مقاله این است که باتوجه به تحولات قفقازجنوبی، خصوصاً پس از جنگ دوم قره باغ در سال 2020 و درگیری های میان این دو بازیگر در سال 2023 که به تصرف قره باغ کوهستانی توسط باکو انجامید؛ جمهوری‌اسلامی ایران باید چه رویکردهایی را در قبال این منطقه، خصوصاً در ارتباط با ارمنستان در پیش بگیرد؟ برای پاسخ به این پرسش، با بهره‌گیری از مبانی و مولفه‌های نظریه رئالیسم‌نئوکلاسیک تهاجمی، به تجویزات سیاستگذارانه پرداخته خواهد شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نیز با تاکید بر ضرورت اتخاذ رویکردهای جامعِ ملی‌گرایانه، اهمیتِ تغییر نوع نگاه نخبگان سیاسی ایران به رخدادهای این منطقه را برشمرده و بر مواردی از جمله جدی‌گرفتنِ تهدیدِ اتحاد باکو-اسرائیل، ایجاد رابطه عمیق چند بُعدی با ارمنستان و جلوگیری از تاثیر غرب‌ستیزی بر ایجاد فهم ناقص از رویدادهای منطقه تاکید دارند.

iran’s policy requirements in the south caucasus after the second karabakh war (2020): with emphasis on iran-armenia relations

the main question of the article is: considering the developments in the south caucasus, especially after the second karabakh war in 2020 and the conflicts between these two actors in 2023, which led to the capture of nagorno-karabakh by baku; what approaches should the islamic republic of iran take towards this region, especially in relation to armenia?to answer this question, by using the basics and components of aggressive neoclassical realism theory, policy prescriptions will be discussed. the findings of the research, emphasizing the necessity of adopting comprehensive nationalist approaches, enumerate the importance of changing the way iran’s political elites look at the events of this region and emphasize on things such as: taking seriously the threat of the baku-israel alliance and establishing a deep multi-dimensional relationship with armenia. the research method is matching the theory with the case and extracting relevant prescriptions and the method of data collection is also in the form of a library.
