تغییرات اقلیمی و مسئله همکاری در اندونزی؛ درس هایی برای ایران

اثرات مخرب تغییرات اقلیمی بر منابع حیاتی کشورها باعث شده تا کشورها و سازمان‌های بین‌المللی، مقابله با آن را به یکی از دستورکارهای اصلی سیاست‌های خود تبدیل کنند. با این‌حال، میزان موفقیت کشورها در این حوزه متفاوت بوده است. مقاله حاضر با تمرکز بر مورد مطالعاتی اندونزی و با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و تحلیل داده های سازمانهای بین المللی به این پرسش پاسخ می دهد که چگونه افزایش همکاری در سطوح مختلف می تواند باعث کاهش تغییرات اقلیمی در یک کشور شود. یافته های مقاله نشان می دهد با اینکه اندونزی در فهرست 10 کشور نخست تولیدکننده کربن در جهان قرار دارد اما از سال 2015 به بعد، تغییر محسوسی در مقابله با تغییر اقلیم در این کشور اتفاق افتاده است. پژوهش با تمرکز بر وضعیت همکاری درون و برون کشوری در اندونزی نشان می دهد که این کشور توانسته شبکه ای از همکاری ها را در سطوح مختلف داخلی و خارجی ایجاد کند و مدیریت تغییرات اقلیمی را بهبود دهد.

climate change and the issue of cooperation in indonesia; lessons for iran

the destructive effects of climate change on the vital resources of countries have caused countries and international organizations to make dealing with it as one of the main agendas of their policies. however, the success rate of countries in this area has been different. focusing on the indonesian case study and using the descriptive-analytical method and data analysis of international organizations, this article answers the question of how increasing cooperation at different levels can reduce climate change in a country. the findings of the article show that although indonesia is in the list of the top 10 carbon producing countries in the world, since 2015, there has been a noticeable change in dealing with climate change in this country. focusing on the state of domestic and international cooperation in indonesia, the research shows that this country has been able to create a network of cooperation at different internal and external levels and improve climate change management.
